Who We Are
Jeff McCauley
President, Jeff McCauley brings his many years of experience to Legacy Directory™.
He formed our parent company, Legacy DVD™ in 2003.
Legacy DVD Inc. specializes in memorial tribute video solutions for funeral
homes. Jeff was key in launching our newest company, Legacy Directory™.
Jeff was also instrumental in developing the very first digital content creation
software for the funeral industry. This software give funeral home personnel the
ability to create announcements for digital directories without any graphic
skills. Jeff is also a licensed funeral director and embalmer which gives him
much insight into the funeral industry. He has many years experience in sales
and marketing.
Susan McCauley
Vice-President , Susan McCauley handles the day to day operations of both Legacy
DVD Inc. and Legacy Directory. Susan brings her vast experience in human
resources to both companies. Susan brings with her 25 years of customer service
to the business and recently earned a degree in business management. Together
Jeff and Susan have a joined vision of what the company can be.
Our experienced and talented sales and marketing team work with Jeff and Susan
to provide support our funeral home customers.
Why We Do It
With all the talk of personalization in the funeral industry, the funeral home
lobby directory has been totally ignored. Considering how important first
impressions are, the first thing visitors look for when entering the funeral home
is the directory. Lower cost of LCD displays, advances in technology, and
now software to create digital announcements have opened up the ability for
funeral homes to have personalized and dynamic announcements displayed on
digital directories. I personally have witnessed the warm feeling families get
when seeing their loved one's photo on the directory as they enter the funeral
home for the first viewing. We are very proud to be the first to bring this
exciting new technology to the funeral home industry.
